Refund-related data is used strictly to process and verify your refund claim, communicate the status and outcome to you, identify and prevent fraudulent refund patterns, improve product quality, and maintain financial records as required by Indian law.
Refund transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Indian accounting and tax regulations. After this period, records are securely deleted or anonymised. You may request a copy of your refund history by contacting paymark.in@gmail.com.
